Tomato Basil Penne Pasta

A classic and cheesy dish that's full of flavor and a family favorite.

Servings: 4   |    Prep: 20 mins   |    Cook: 25 mins

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package DaVinci Penne Rigate
1 tablespoon basil oil
1 tablespoon DaVinci pure olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.

2. Heat basil and olive oils in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook garlic in oil until soft.

3. Add tomatoes, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Stir in pepper jack, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. When cheese begins to melt, mix in cooked penne pasta.

5. Season with fresh basil.
