Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta

A simple recipe that tastes amazing and gourmet!

Servings: 4   |    Prep: 5 mins   |    Cook: 20 mins


  • 1 lb DaVinci Spaghetti, cooked according to package
  • 1 tbsp DaVinci Olive Oil
  • ¾ cup (½ inch) sliced red onions
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chopped tomatoes (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Reese capers
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano or 2 tsp of dried
  • 5 tbsp finely crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


1. Bring water to a boil and cook pasta.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add onions and garlic to skillet, saute for about 2 minutes.

4. Add tomatoes, cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

5. Add Tomato paste, stir. Add capers, salt and cook for 15 minutes.

6. Stir in shrimp and oregano, cook until shrimp are done.

7. When pasta is cooked, combine shrimp mixture and pasta in a large bowl, tossing gently.

8. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper.
