This simple and delicious recipe serves perfectly as a plate to bring to any party or occasion. Not only is it extremely flavorful and screaming with fresh ingredients, but it is also very easy to make. This perfect recipe will be a hit wherever you bring it.
1. In a large skillet melt the butter, add the black pepper. Sauté till toasted about 3 minutes.
2. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
3. Mix the eggs, cream, cheese and zest.
4. Add to skillet and toss to combine.
5. Transfer to an oiled springform pan. Cook in preheated 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes till set.
6. Top with burrata, basil and arugula
A hearty spread that makes the perfect appetizer to any summer cookout.
