Served cold, this Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad is filled with fresh asparagus, refreshing salmon, and aromatic dill all on top of 100% durum wheat semolina DaVinci Bowties.
1. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions, adding asparagus for final 1-2 minutes. Drain, refresh, then cool completely.
2. Meanwhile, whisk the sour cream, olive oil, dill, garlic, lemon juice, half the zest and 2 tablespoons water together in a small bowl, then season and set aside.
3. When pasta is cool, toss with dressing, capers, rocket, remaining zest and smoked salmon. Serve with extra dill sprigs.
A refreshingly bright, seasonal pasta salad that pairs perfectly with all your summer meals.

This cornbread is the best ever, but don’t take our word for it! Let the sweet fluffiness and light crumbles speak for themselves.
