1. Slice the tomatoes in 1/2 inch slides, and arrange on a plate
2. Gently place the burrata on top of the tomatoes
3. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the burrata and tomatoes, then garnish with fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
Smashing some of the tomatoes as they cook helps create a fresh chunky sauce. Try keeping some tomatoes whole, for a flavorful bursting surprise in each bite.
The cauliflower gives this dish an even richer, cheesier taste. Serve up ample creamy gooeyness while getting in your veggies!
