Baked Spaghetti

The perfect, simple comfort food of spaghetti is made even better with a warm oven bake that perfectly crisps soft mozzarella cheese on top, with the classic flavors of garlic and marinara throughout.

Ingredients

1 pound DaVinci Thin Spaghetti
2 Tablespoons DaVinci Olive Oil
16 ounces Marinara Sauce
3 cups Water
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. To a large baking or casserole dish, add the olive oil then the DaVinci Thin Spaghetti. Next, add the marinara sauce, water, seasonings, and crushed garlic.
3. Using tongs, gently toss to coat the spaghetti evenly then cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and using tongs, gently mix the spaghetti so that everything is evenly incorporated. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese then return to the oven uncovered and broil for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Enjoy!
