1. Place all the vinaigrette ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
2. Cook the tortellini according to the directions on the package. Rinse with cold water to stop the tortellini from overcooking and drain well.
3. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and mix well to prevent from sticking.
4. Add cherry tomatoes, arugula and chopped basil. Toss together. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
