Multicolor Tortellini Salad

A fresh Italian classic on the table in under 30 minutes!

Servings: 6   |    Prep: 5 mins   |    Cook: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz) DaVinci Multicolor Tortellini
  • ⅓ cup Kalamata olives
  • A few leaves of fresh basil
  • 8 oz BelGioioso fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 16 oz. of vodka sauce or tomato sauce

Directions

1. Prepare the tortellini according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, chop the olives.

3. Remove the basil leaves from the stem and slice on the bias.

4. Set all ingredients except for the fresh basil in a large bowl, and stir together.

5. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve family style.
