1. Cook the tortellini pasta according to the package directions. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water until cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, artichoke hearts, spinach and feta cheese in large bowl.

4. Season to taste with fresh ground black pepper and garnish with red chili flakes as desired.
